3. Do you have a large number of moles, unusual moles, or a family history of skin cancer?
4. Are you taking medication or using creams that may increase sensitivity to UV?
5. Are you pregnant or trying to become pregnant?
6. Do you have a medical condition affected by UV light?
7. Have you had recent cosmetic/dermatological treatment increasing skin sensitivity?

Important Sunbed Safety Information

Sunbeds emit UV radiation, which can cause skin damage and increase the risk of skin cancer.
You must be 18 or over to use a sunbed. Always use the protective eyewear provided.
Do not exceed the recommended exposure time, or use a sunbed if advised by a healthcare professional to avoid UV.
Avoid additional sun exposure on the same day. Stop and inform staff if you experience an unusual skin reaction.
If unsure whether sunbed use is suitable for you, seek medical advice.
